Return Policy

General Policy We want you to love your Highlight Lamp products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy (from the day you receive your item) for a refund or exchange.

1. Eligibility for Returns (Change of Mind) To be eligible for a return due to a change of mind:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all manuals and accessories included.

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

  • Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.

2. Damaged or Faulty Items (New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act) We take pride in our quality, but if your item arrives damaged or becomes faulty:

  • Arrived Damaged: Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@highlightlamp.co.nz so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

  • Warranty: Our products are protected under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA). If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair, replace, or refund it at no cost to you, including return shipping.

3. How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at support@highlightlamp.co.nz with your order number and reason for return.

  2. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package to our Auckland warehouse.

  3. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return at our Auckland facility, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
